For nearly 80 years, Shep's Cleaners has been a trusted part of the Starkville community. Established in 1947, the business originally opened in downtown Starkville and was named after its founder, Shep Crigler.

In 1967, Shep sold the business to Billie Taylor, who relocated it to its current location on Highway 12. Nearly two decades later, in 1986, Billie retired and passed the business on to his daughter, Kathy, and her husband, Paul Brown. In 2019, ownership transitioned to Kylie and Zak Holloway. Kylie, a longtime Shep's employee, proudly continues the tradition of exceptional service and quality that generations of customers have come to expect.

Over the years, Shep's Cleaners has earned a reputation for excellence. We are proud to have been voted Starkville's Best Dry Cleaners for more than a decade. We are also the only dry cleaner in Starkville that cleans and presses garments in-house, allowing us to provide the highest level of quality and convenient same-day service.
